    How Do I Qualify?

In order to take part in all of the CDT events, workshops and courses, you need to fit the criteria below:

    a) Based in London
    b) Registered freelancer or part of a small-medium company
An SME is defined as a business that meets the following two conditions:

    • it employs fewer than 250 persons
    • its annual turnover is below €50m (approximately £45m) and/or its balance sheet is below €43m (approximately £39m)
    • 'de minimis aid' regulation abided by (amount of public funding received over past 3 years does not exceed €200,000)
    c) And of course, most importantly, be part of the creative industries

*** We are able to offer this free support under the European Commission's 'de minimis regulation'.

Any support you have received from a public body might be 'de minimis aid' and we need you to declare this. This could be from central, regional, devolved governments or agencies or a local council.

You must not have received more than €200,000 worth of assistance over any three fiscal year period and if you have been granted support under the 'small amounts of compatible aid scheme' - we will need you to declare this too.

If you any questions regarding this criteria, please contact Carrie Wootten on c.wootten@rave.ac.uk
